Is it possible to create a New Group to add users under to be able to delete people on the memberlist, delete posts, BUT NOT be able to delete anyone in the Admin Group?

To clarify

New Group able to

Delete anyone on memberlist NOT in the Admin Group
Delete posts

It almost seems like Moderator permissions with the addition of being to Delete anyone on the memberlist except for people in the admin group

in the current version you can't add/ create a group that can delete users, only the admin group is able to delete users.

Moderators can only suspend users
