Error why?

Ask this question, why?

It's been anwserd many times before if you had done a quick search on the forum, it's also answered in the documentation if you bothered to read it.

The error is becuase you don't have sufficient permission on the server to write to the database. Contact your hosting company to get them to change the permissions.
