Hi to all and sorry for my bad Spanish-English 
First of all I want to congratulate you for this very interesting web and this fabulous text editor.
I'm working with IIS5 (in localhost mode) and try this application in IE 6.0.28 and I follow all steps from docs and when I try to open a web where I use RTE, all seems to work properly, but when I try to use Special Characters, Emoticons, Insert images, Insert links, Insert tables or Paste from Word it doesn't work and the browser finds some errors (with special characters and emoticons nothing works properly: OnHover, OnOut and OnClick shout an error in the browser).
Please can anyone sais me if it's an error of my computer or configuration files?¿

PD: If I try to open the default.asp page that goes with the zipped code it doesn't work good too.

Sounds like for some reason the javascript is not loading in your browser.
