Which e-mail client do you use?
Just wondered who changed to Firefox and Thunderbird and who is still using Outlook or Outlook Express.
I use thunderbird.

I was using Eudora for the last 4 years or so, but since they did a
better import tool in Thunderbird I has switch to that instead.
I find the spam filter much better, the only thing that lets it down is
that it is a bit slow when searching through over 10,000 emails, taking between 30 and 60 seconds.
If you are using Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc. there are import
tools in Thunderbird that will import all your email, mail boxes, email
address, address book, etc. from your previous email program.

I switched from command line to Pine to web mail to Outlook Express to
Outlook and hated Outlook. Then bounced around Eudora and Pegasus Mail
and back to Outlook Express.
I've tried Thunderbird, but it didn't import my rules, and I've been
too lazy to write them again as there are so many. One of these days I
plan to actually migrate to TB because I like it, but the importing
part is the big barrier right now.
At work I have to use Outlook occasionally to get internal emails, but
I avoid it at all costs because Outlook is a big nasty heavy unstable
beast.
I wish there was an email client that was like Gmail because I really like my gmail groupings. Makes things sooo much easier.

In my line of work, I've used Outlook (all versions), Outlook Express,
Eudora, and a host of others for various things. For my personal email,
I switched to Thunderbird about 6 months ago. There were a few issues
in the earlier versions but so far v1.0 works great!

As -borg- stated it will automagically import your .pst file from
Outlook. Mine easily imported several thousand emails--yes i'm a
packrat.

Good points. I use Gmail for my message board email since it threads
the emails much like the forums. However, you can create custom views
in Thunderbird to kinda simulate how Gmail groups.
By the way, I have about 50 to give-away if anyone wants one.

I would still be using Outlook as well except that I lost some data
that I couldnt restore so I thought I should just use thunderbird.
My email is now IMAP so I can use any client and keep my mail
