Hi ,
I am working on a project which is business website (Commercial),
it has many features and functionality in it ,
i want to use web wiz forum as a part of this website.

1. I need to modify some part of the code to suit my website
2. need to change the images and color to suit my web site


are above things allowed, if allowed what kind of license i need to buy

Note this is one off website, and web wiz forum software will be used
on this site only

There is a commerical license if you click on the Link Removal Code to your left.

so this means that if i buy the commercial licence i can do above mentioned 2 things with it

and it will remove webwiz links from the project

You can do whatever you want to the forum, even without a license as long as the links remain.

The license grants you the right to remove the Web Wiz links.

With or without a license you can customize any app to your liking.

That does require a license. And if you release your "project" to the public you need to buy the Developer license.

yes thats correct,

aslong as the copyright notices etc stay with but not limited to  any part of the code.

the copy right notices etc must stay with the file even when purchased the key

Yep,

That is one of the ultra-cool things about WWG, -borg-, and the community here. It is an "open source" type of community that centers around -borg-'s apps. Most of us that have donated/purchased a license still leave the notices intact in the footer, and of course we all must leave the copyright comments in the actual code.
