If I save my wwforum.mdb file and replace it after uploading the commercial version will I keep all the forums, categories, members, etc, I had set up in the Lite version?

As long as you keep your database intact, swapping from 'lite' to the full Access version, or vise versa is just a matter of replacing the ASP files.
