I know this has been discussed elsewhere, but at this point (March 10, 2005) is there one solid method that is reccommended to migrate an Access-based forum to SQL? I have about 2,500 members.

firstly make sure you back up the database.

have a read of this threrad as it is explained a few times how to do so.
