I have an error in IE:

Technical Information (for support personnel)

Error Type:
jmail.POP3 (0x8000FFFF)
This function is not included in this version of jmail.

Used w3 Jmail44 free.

The file you mention is not part of the web wiz forums application.

Also it looks like you are trying to use the POP part of JMail which is only supported in their paid for pro version.
