 I got this when upload an image. I use Persits aspupload and folder is uploads

However, it saved in uploads folder but not show on my post Ouch
Server.MapPath() error 'ASP 0174 : 80004005'

Invalid Path Character(s)

/forum/functions/functions_upload.asp, line 77

An invalid '/' or '\' was found in the Path parameter for the MapPath method.

This means the path to your forum has an incorrect path parameter that the upload component can not handle.

Try altering the upload path you have entered in the admin area, look closely at changing any / to \ or vise versa.

Also line 77 shouldn't have anything that would course an error, so either you have edit the file functions/functions_upload.asp or the file is corrupted, try re-uploading the original file.

ok, now i can see the problem. Its here:

when i use virtual patch to database (with '/': database/wwforum.mdb), it will make me got that error

so i try use physical patch to database (with '\': c:\localhost\vhost\....), its allright LOL

I doubt it's the database path, more to do with the path you set in the admin area to the upload directory.
