One of our key teachers gets this message whenever he tries to post a new topic or post a reply to an existing topic:

"Internet Explorer has encountered an error and needs to close"

We are hoping to switch to a Web Wiz forum on our site soon.  We are testing the forum on EZ Forum's site at present.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Sincerely, Charles
English Horizons

i would check that Ez are using the latest version and i think they have edited the files to allow multipal accounts.

i would recommend trying your own version. or contact EZ. as it should not matter with the default coded versions (downloadable versions).

It could also be that this user has a buggy or corrupt version of IE. See if updating IE to the latest version fixes the issue.

If this doesn't help get the user to disable the WYSIWYG editor from their forum profile.

Another option, is get the user to use a better browser like Firefox as it is much less buggy than IE.
