most of my forum users complain that the private massages page is not work
 
but for me and for a few mor user it works..

From what you say it is impossible to tell why you may have a problem.

What version are you using?
Do your users get an error message?
When does this error occur?
Is it the whole PM area of just when sending or reading PM's?

im using Web Wiz 7.5
they get error 500
and is happens in the pm wellcome page

Still not giving anything to go on.

Please read over the forum guidelines particularly the part on dealing with the 500 internal server error before posting again.

the problem is no thappens to me it happens to the most of users
so i dont think they know how to turrn off friendly error pages
but i will ask one of them and get the error

If you could as a proper error message will should tell instantly what the problem is.
