The joined dates and the dates when the messages are posted are all screwed up.
They look like this

Date joined
12?30?December

How do i fix this. This is for my work and i need it to fully functional.

have you set the seperater to "?"

also make sure your LCID is correct and encoding on the pages

also try re uplaoding as the files may have become corrupt.

I've come across this with a few servers, and for some reason if you go to the date and time configuration section in the admin section and up date the date seportaor it usually fixes it.
