Hi,
 
I've just setup webwiz for a charity which is working great. The only thing we cant seem to do is this:
 
the care team need the ability to be notified each time a member leaves a post so they can track and review any that need attention.  I can't see a way of doing this in the admin area, is this possible?
 
I am semi-code literate (but no programmer!) so a simple mod wouldnt be a problem if someone could tell me what files to alter.

If you have email notification enabled in the admin area, then you need to get each member of the care team to login to their profile section on the main forum area and select email subscriptions.

From the email subscriptions page they can select which forums they want to subscribe to.
