The new RTE is really fantastic.  However, i've got a problem on the preview button.  When I click on this, it doesn't work properly.  It only pop-up a new window but display nothing.  I do not have any javascript in my page and I'm using IE 6.0.28.
 
As I can't use the preview button, I try to make a preview page to display all the contents in the editor by submitting the form.  It works fine but, if I want to do some modifications, when I click the 'Back' button to go back to the previous page, all the contents are lost (if the contents consists of uploaded files and images).
 
Do you have any idea to solve these?  Thank you!

Often problems with the preview window like you mention are coursed by integration problems.

Make sure that the web form you are integrating the RTE into doesn't have any field names the same as used in the RTE.

Also make sure that you don't have any field or button names that use:-

  • action
  • submit
  • reset
  • WebWizRTE
  • Pre
  • toolbar
  • ToolBar1
  • ToolBar2
  • command
  • colourPalette
  • formatFont
  • fontSelect
  • textSize
