Is there a waya to read (and load) a Javascript file using the Physical Path?

I've a .js file above the root folder, i want to load it in browser, How can this be done?

there is no problem if ppl were about to view it, but it is a technical need that the .js file be above the root folder.

thanks.

I don't want to response.write it within tags, cuz you know i think if the file was for example 200kb it will be loaded with every page, but a .js file only loads once.

The best you could do it copy it to the web folder.
