I have it so that users can over-right the files they have.  However, when the user "saves" the file, instead of saving the file as filename.htm in the my_files folder, it saves it as

my_files\filename.htm

I didn't even know you can save files with a slash like that.  Nevertheless, it kind of defeats the whole purpose!Ouch

Any ideas or quick fixes?

Thanks

I loaded the application on an asp enabled server.  Changed the blnOverWriteFiles to true in the rte_setup.asp file.

Created a file and saved it (Contact.htm) in the my_files folder to test everything.  Went back to edit it and then saved it in the same location.  It ended up instead in the my_documents folder, named my_files\Contact.htm.

I did not touch anything concerning location paths, slashes or anything.

Ideas?
