looks to much like a boring template.... plus it needs a image in the center.

even worse I can see all errors pages contain (at the moment wwf contains 3 errors and 155 warnings (so can be worse) but yours contains about 45 warnings at the first page, not really fine. Also when browsing with firefox at least I miss the indication of the toplinks and the pages are not loading up very quick.
Next use the power of CSS with much more efficiency because this really stinks. I know it is hard but that's what I look at you probably wanna hit me by now  .

I don't think that a person who asks to review a website and share opinions is going to hit someone 
But personally I liked the website (in case if no.1 still decides to hit – just kidding ). And talking seriously, I would change something with texts saying about diamonds (perhaps you should think about changing font).

I also think that your banners could be made smaller (some people say that banner advertising is losing effectiveness - customers are being put off by it) – but of course if you still need the suggestions

Yes, banners look smaller; there is some interesting info about diamonds and a learning centre to help people with a purchase. I think there is not so much to change – you only need to smooth rough edges (if you know what I mean )
