you use cookies

you set a cookie and tell it to expaire WAY into the future, and you like put down the username in the cookie

is this for the forum? cose you can select "Sign me when i return"

if not then you use cookies, not sure if borg has any cookie tutorials

but basicaly you do

<% resonse.cookies("username") = "then there username here" %>

and to read it its

<% username = request.cookies("username") %>

and anywhere you put "<%=username%> it will insert their name!

well... umm

you could use Borgs Login Script

http://www.webwiz.net/asp/sample_scripts/database_login_script.asp - http://www.webwiz.net/asp/sample_scripts/database_login_script.asp

have you already got a list of users or sum thing?

have a look at the script above - might help you

i think it will have a include file or a line of code you put into the top of your html to stop them from accessin it, but i aint looked at it so am not sure, but i think it will be usefull
