Has anyone seen (or have an idea of how to fix!)... when our users are monitoring a topic using the "Watch this forum for new posts" option (version 7.9), we have two, our of perhaps 60 using the feature that get ONE e-mail with duplicate text in this format:

Subject: <forum><topic>
Date, from, to:

3 copies of the message

and then:

3 copies of the link:

To view and/or reply to the post then click on the link below:

The other user having this trouble gets 7 duplicate messages in one e-mail.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Mike

What email component are you using?

JMail 4 it seems sometime has a problem of sending mutiple messages if you have a malformed email address

If you mean the .asp and langauge files, etc, I did it last night, one of the users reports the same problem (I have not been able to get a hold of the other user).

Would it/could it be somerthing duplicated in the database?

Thanks!

I would try a different email component sand see if that solves the problem.
