Would it be possible to create images in asp like in the ones on the link below, and if so, how? http://www.after-death.net/crime_image.php - http://www.after-death.net/crime_image.php
Note 1: when you refresh the page a new number appears.
Note 2: I don't want just to have 100 images then randomly select one
Note 3: I don't want just a random number
Note 4: I want to be dynamically paste a number(or text) on top of an image
sorry if I sound demanding, any help is appreciated

Basically what you need to do is either put one image container on top of another image container or use one image as a background for another one. -------------
