My ability to automatically open links in a new tab disappeared.
This happend once before with a previous version. Upgrading to a new version fixed it. Now I'm on the latest version so can't upgrade.

It was working ok yesterday. Today I fired it up and it was broken. I tried every option combination I know to restore the auto-new-tab for links but no joy.

Am I misssing something simple and stupid?

The middle click doesn't do anything on my setup.
The only thing I can think of might be because my desktop is set to single-click to open items instead of double-clicking.
Looks like I'll have to reinstall, but if it happens a 3rd time, I'm sticking with Opera 8 for my tabbed browsing - lol.

Hey, don't let a little problem like that get you down!  Go get yourself Tabbrowser Preferences and you can set your tab clicking options however you'd like through the Options/Tabbed Browsing section.

i wish IE had tabs... but most likely good old microsoft would f**k that up too and it would break also... but that's life isn't it?

New release of IE due a couple of months. Supposed to have tabs and a "fixed" implementation of the css block model.
Should piss off a lot of people who designed their sites to look good in the current version of IE with the broken css implementation.
