Hi,

I'm trying to createt this feedback form for my asp dynamic page.

since I need to know which page they send the feedback form from, I need the URL to be emailed to me as well.

I know I can ask viewers to copy and past the URL into a field, but is there a way I can have it enter into a hidden field automatically and send to me with the feedback result?
