Anybody have any experience syncing 2 servers behind corporate firewalls.  Trying to find an efficient way to update files from my source LAN located behind a firewall to a remote target webserver.  Then I need to sync from the webserver to another target PC(client site) behind another firewall.  I want the application to do a comparison of the two and only transfer the update.  I also need it to be on a repeated nightly schedule.  Thanks

There are many ftp clients that have scripting capability. robo-ftp and beyondftp are two that come to mind. Google for automated ftp.
You can always write your own windows script to ftp to your web server. A google for windows ftp script would turn up lots of examples.

For syncing from the web server to another target pc, I'd suggest using an ftp client on the target to pull from the web server. Otherwise you need an ftp service running on the target to catch stuff that's pushed there which opens you up to various security risks.
