I know login issues are discussed extensively in the forum.  I've read many many of them.  I am able to login fine at two separate computers.  I have a user on the forum that can not login.  I have attempted to login using their username and password at both of my computers and failed.  I have reset the form each time, and deleted cookies each time.

I'm beginning to believe her account information may be corrupt?  Is there a method of testing for this?  The username is two distinct words with a space in the middle.  Anyone seen this to be an issue?  Her password is 13 chars, anyone seen this as an issue?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I guess I'll try Firefox next to see if it works.

In what way can you not login?

Is the username or password not accepted?
Does it state there could be a cookie problem?

It looks like there is a problem with this users browser holding session cookies.

Make sure the person has cookies enabled in their browser for your site.

It could be that their cookie cache in IE has become corrupted, in which case they need to delete all internet files followed by deleting all cookies, this will reset IE's cookie cache.

This doesn't seem to be the issue in this case.  I am now working this issue from two separate computers in my office.  I have deleted the cache, history and cookies from both computers.

I have deleted the member from my forum.

When I attempt to enter them as a new member, I get the insufficient permissions page, with FID=0&M=sID

This is too much of a co-incidence that it is occurring on two machines in my office, my home machine, and a client.

Any other suggestions?

Try changing the persons username and password and see if that fixes it.

I've tried it from several workstations now, and I have had my Web Hosting company try it as well.  We have gotten the same error message.

I have them looking at IIS on their Windoze 2000 servers now.

Any other suggestions with regards to Web Wiz Forum.

One other thing, after trying this, and trying to log in using my own username, it has taken several attemps for it to finally work on several occasions.  I receive the same error message each time.

This problem has finally been resolved.  It was an ISS issue on the server.

The problem was with my hosting company.  ISS sessions were being dropped on their server.  I installed the application on another hosted site that I have and it worked fine.  Same hosting company so they moved my other domain to the same server and things are working perfect now.
