Hi.
I save and load my data in to a db and its works great. But my broblem is that when i use a font style like H1 and H2 and i look in the db its many blankspace before <h1> and when o look at it on the page for looking he do many blankspace in the code. så so the code is like this
 <h6>
Jallajalla

</h6>

What is wrong? when i edit the text in the editor it seems to work.

The atual HTML produced is controlled by the web browser, not any code in the RTE.

IE's API for Rich Text Editing, like all MS software, produces awful HTML code.

Try using Firefox, their Midas API for Rich Text Editing produces much cleaner better HTML.

I know I am using an older version of the RTE, however, regardless of the browser that I am using (firefox or IE) any time I edit the HTML in the HTML mode and then post the text I end up with the mutated HTML code.

Do I need to switch back to the RTE view before posting?

You do need to swich back to RTE mode before posting.

Also all browsers seem to try and re-write HTML following their own built in guidlines to how the HTML should be, this is why the HTML produced by IE is so crap.
