How can I turn off upload and image insert. I have a REALLY REALLY good reason to do this. I'm using the text editor on an article based site. And allowing users to use the inbuilt upload feature messes up things totally because I have an elongated set of conditions for where data is to be stored on the server based on the content.... So how do I turn those two off?

Edit the file 'RTE_configuration/RTE_setup.asp' with notepad to enable and disable features in the RTE.
