Is it possible to install both IIS and Apache servers on the same partition and be able work with whiever you wish by switching them?

Yes, you just need to set them up to run on seperate ports. For example, you could get IIS to run on port 80 and apache to run on 8080.
You would then access IIS by going http://localhost/dir and apache by http://localhost:8080/dir

You can always install both and only turn the one that you want to use on when you want to use it if you prefer not to deal with different ports.

I set up web and db servers to be started manually from the services control panel.
Interferes to much with my flight sims if they're running in the background Wink
Don't have to worry about port reassignments if you only run one at a time.
