Some will do free programming for Aryan Nations sites and some for Save
the Kitties sites. I think you'd need to be more specific before
getting any volunteers.

I need programming for a model united nations. My hope is that it could become an opensource project in which all the model united nations could use on their website.

I think he might be looking for a community portal site but hasn't been
to specific about functional requirements or code platforms his server
supports.
