Should moderators have the ability to change a member's rank/level? From quickly looking a the source code in pop_up_profile.asp the button (Edit this member's settings) should be availible to them but it isn't.

I would like my site's Mods to be able to change a member's rank (except to Admin/Mod) but currently they are not able to. (Using version 7.92.)

in V7.x moderators can't edit users group priveleges, you will have to MOD this into the system
