On the default page of the forum we can see the date, same thing for the edit mention.

The time now is 05 April 2003 at 2:01pm
You last visited on 05 April 2003 at 1:20pm.

Is there a place where I can rename each month and remove the am/pm? If yes where? This is because I need to have the date in french.

In v7, in the admin, click on "Format Date and Time Settings"
