hi, a user of mine is having this problem, he tries to login but gets this message, can anyone tell whats the problem? and how to solve it?

Please ensure that all cookies are enabled on your web browser, and you are not using a saved or cached copy of the page ----------------------- he has cleared all his pc's cookies, offline content and cookies set by the forum, still no use. i've asked him to call his Lan operator to clear their cache, can it be the solution? if any other any of you know of then please let me know. |

sounds like IE see if it happens in another browser, it maybe his cookie system is corrupt. it maybe a server issue, are you running on a Win 2K3, without SP1, because there is a known appl;ication /coookie problem |

yeah, temme about it, IE. 
well i'll ask him to do that and about the server thing, well the site is being hosted at windows 2000...but the database is on another server, which im not sure is or is not win2k3. running mssql 2000 DataBase.
