Is it possible to have multiple forums on the same webserver?

What needs to be done to allow this?

Any "gotcha's"?

Yes it is possiable.

If you are running them in there own sites and/or sub domains then nothing needs to be done.

But if it is on the same site or sharing an application pool then you will need to disable the application variables by editing the common.asp file and turn off the active users feature from the admin area.

I'm having some problems using two forums.  It seems that things seem to overlap sometimes.  Can you give me more specific information on exactly what I need to do in order to make these work together?  Thanks.

Oh yeah, I'm using v7.96 if that matters.

I am having a related issue. I "think" I did what you said above with the disabling the application variables, as now the "overlapping" is gone. I am still having an issue of the administrator is unable to access the admin area, although it show up in his menu.

When I try to access it I get, Sorry, only members with sufficient permission can access this page.

In version 7.97 the admin needs to log directly into the admin area through the file admin/default.asp
