Ho do you do a update from 7.8 to 7.92 without losing the database (MYSQL) and all the changes i have made on the forum?

just update the files mentioned within the version history folder.

that will solve the issue.

You mean just uplaod the newer files to the old forum directory?

thats right there is about 3 or 4 files that need updating that is all

That file says only to update three files but when i check for updates through the admin panel it still says that i'm running virsion 7.8.
