I use WebWiz forums

I have been having some problems, hope you can help me solve.

1) When I try to access this post:

http://www.caribbeanmedicine.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=578&PN=1 - http://www.caribbeanmedicine.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=578&PN=1

it gives me an error.

I want to delete the post but I can't.

2) on the main forum at: http://www.caribbeanmedicine.com/forum/ - http://www.caribbeanmedicine.com/forum/

at the very bottom where it says: "In total there are 4 Active Users online, 3 Guest(s) and 1 Member(s) "

when I click on "Active Users", it gives me an error message.

Could you please tell me how I can fix these two problems

It looks like you have sorted your first problem as I get the message saying the post is deleted.

The secound problem is that your access database has become corrupted.

This was common on the Access version prior to 7.5 like the version you are running, so it was changed to use application variable instead.

To fix this issue happening again, and for security issues to prevent your forum being hacked you should upgrade to the latest version 7.92

But when you click on it is says: "Sorry, you do not have permission to reply to posts in this forum"

How can I remove that post from the main list??

As far as the upgrade to version 7.92

where can I download this upgrade?

You need to login to the forum with an account that has permission to delete a post (ie. the admin account).

It looks like you have set permissions on your forums, you need to check in the admin area you have set the correct forum permissions for the verious groups.

To upgrade to the latest version, download the latest version from the download page.

Try and click on that post, you will see what I mean.

I am not even trying to delete it, just trying to view it

How can I view and then remove that post from the main list??

I AM able to delete other posts, so the settings are fine.

Also where on your website do I download the version 7.92, what is the URL?
