Stay clear of the hosting company EServes.com at all cost and I do mean COST!

They state that there is a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and this is what is says:

Every Eserves Host service is backed by our http://www.eserves.com/Money_back_guaranteed_web_hosting.htm - 30 day money back guarantee , so if you are not happy, you don't have to pay!

Yet if they feel you should be happy they will not honor the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee!

Short details of transaction:

- Purchased the corporate service at $390.00 per year.
- Paid it all in full.
- Within less than 24 hours I WAS NOT HAPPY with the setup and the functionality.
- Within less than 24 hours requested closure of account and refund.
- Response was service was given so no refund would be issued.
- Went back and forth for about 3 days before they acted on my closure request.
- 15 days later and still no refund and 2CO.com has refused to act also

So do they really have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee if you are NOT HAPPY! Answer is NO! They have false advertisement on their website.

So what now? I have no service and in all only had it for less than 24 hours and EServes.com has an additional yearly payment of $390.00 that should be mine but they feel is theirs.

So STAY CLEAR OF ESERVES.COM HOSTING!!!!!!

Ouch. That sucks. Angry

I was with WebHost4Life, but they just had too many problems. I was basically forced to get a dedicated server elsewhere. So far, I'm quite happy. Things are going quite smoothly and I've had no problems.

The nice thing is that I can fix problems MYSELF - which means that they get fixed PROPERLY. And since I've got the box to myself, I don't need to worry about morons doing stupid things on it.

If you paid via credit card, you can ask for a chargeback - that will cost them $35~$50 or so and you'll get your money back. Just call Visa or whoever your card company is.

Did you have the charge revoked on your credit card? I've been able to get a number of unreasonable charges revoked on my credit card. Mine have really gone to bat for me.
