I've screwed up I think.
I locked my forum for the first time so I could put a simple code in to show users who have visited.
I locked the forum before doing this and cant get back in - HELP !
I went to the http://www.website.com/admin/frame_set.asp - http://www.website.com/admin/frame_set.asp
and it goes straight to the forum closed page.
I can still get in via ftp, so can change any file I need to, just which one !!

You need to lg in directly to the admin section by pointing your web browser to the admin folder
