| I have installed the Forum on my web site and set it up etc etc etc. I changed the Admin username and password to my own. I definately made sure that the password was correct then logged out. Whern I tried loggign in my admin password and or user name was rejected.???? To check I registered as a new user and logged out then logged in with the new users name and got in no probs. Why cant I get back in as the administrator????? NEED ASSISTANCE I only put the thing up today after the last one was hacked and peope are starting to register with the enw board. So I need help very quickly |

if you have email notification request a new one, else you will have to copy the password and salt from a fresh database and then your password would be resetto letmein |

Hi DJ I did ask for a new one but it still refused to let me in..........So I did the next best thing. I uploaded the whole forum again and started from scratch. Then made email apologies to those who had re registered with the new forum............Once has to grovel sometimes for ones foopars.
