Hi;

I want to learn that although there is a "Number of Poll Choices" setting in the Forum administration and there are codes inside the pages for it, I couldn't see how can i create a poll or even the link of it. Must I open it from somewhere?

You need to set permissions, either using the default forum permissions, or the group permissions to enable users/groups to be able to create and vote in polls.
