So am I missing something? I'm trying to upgrade to 7.96.

I download and upload the new version overwrite with my old common.asp and /admin/common.asp file along with the db file. But i'm getting this:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01f4'

Variable is undefined: 'strHeaderAds'

/forum/includes/navigation_buttons_inc.asp, line 104

Your help is appreciated.

The error suggests that you are upgrading from a version previous to 7.95 and you haven't uploaded all the new files.
