I have problems with NON-english font (char) Displaying,
when i open the page witch have data come from database (like search ),I can't see the char correctly.
even i choose View>Encoding>My language char still same problems
but i can see other chars (not comes from DB) correctly

Name:?????????????????????????????????????      // like this
Place :????????????????????????????????????
No    :21
shoud when i create DB in Access i work with uncode or something for displaying(non-english) char
