Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Record is deleted.

i am getting this error when a user submits the registration form.

If its a database error how can i fix the database? as i need to keep the posts, etc

Sounds like you may have a corrupted database, try the compact and repair tool in the admin area
