I need to update to the latest version from version 7.92 but I dont want to download and overwrite all the files because I have done quite a bit of layout changes. Is there an upgradable download anywhere that only includes the files that were updated?

the only way as you arent running the 2nd to latest version is look over the version history and change those files.
