How can i change the text box option used in showing number of pages to text link like 1|2|3|4 ECT..

I think there has been a mod made for that.

Try the "Web Wiz Forums Mod's and Add-on's" forum.

A short description:

This mod replaces the combo-box containing the pagenumbers with direct text links to the pages. Added are also a previous and next page link.
The amount of pagenumbers displaced depends on the setting of the variable 'range' in each page. With this variable you can set the number of pages displaced in front and after the current page, after page 1 and in front of the last page. The current set is 3.

An expample
Range = 3
Display: Pages << 1 2 3 4 ... 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 ... 17 18 19 20 >>
|
Current Page

With this setting breaking up of the page range will occur when there are more then 15 pages.

The following pages are adapted with this paging mod

active_topics.asp
forum_posts.asp
forum_topics.asp
members.asp
pm_inbox.asp
pm_outbox.asp
search.asp

This mod is based upon the paging through a thread mod from Techy, so he deserves some of the credit

As a little bonus active_topics.asp contains the admin mod by Maddog
