What time offset should I put in for the UK? Is it +5 hours??

That's what I thought.. perhaps it's others that have not set their offset then!!
I think the server is US - time says 10:30 and it's 15:30 here and I think 5 hrs is about right for the U.S. East coast but then I could be wrong.....
