I'd like to hide my member list from all except admin.
Is there a way I can do this?

edit the navigation_buttons_inc.asp in includes folder where it shows memberlist. put a conditions before it like

if intGroupID = 1 then
memberlist code
end if
 
or
 
if blnAdmin then
memberlist code
end if
 
will do the trick
