Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.

Anybody get this? I am trying to setup two forums using the same db but I am not sure this is realted to that. any help?

are u using the same tables?

This is probably due to a corrupt MDB. Make a local backup and run the MS Access "Compact and Repair".
