I downloaded the webwiz rich text editor and installed it on my site. However only the textarea shows without the images. It also gives me javascript errors when the page is loading. I've tried several times but... the url to my page is http://c.1asphost.com/costeeta/rte/default.asp - http://c.1asphost.com/costeeta/rte/default.asp

It won't run on 1asphost becuase the ads they inject into your web pages course the JavaScript to fail to load.

You will need to use ASP hosting that doesn't have the ads.
