What do ya all think.. i like the features and interface of MSN but favour the simplicity, speed and practicallity of Google...
 
been using google for a while, went on a tryout spree of msn.. back to google today Wink

Neither, for the amount of times I use it (couple of times a month) it's hardly worth installing either

I agree. For what I do it's way too much indexing overhead. Sure it's nice for email but what both lack is a good delete update. I constantly move email folders around and the indexing just cannot keep up so if I search, it finds more moved/deleted emails than any others.

well i wish there was a tweak / ability to reset the index
 
I have a lot of archives. Data organised year by year.. stored in DVD's. I just copied it all on a spare pc and set up GDS. Now i can search my 80gig archives with no hassle. So GDS was really worth it here..LOL

I agree for an archival system where you only add stuff it's not bad, but for a live system it's just a pain in the ass.
