Wow, version 8 looks awesome - speed is amazing!!!
I see there are some database changes so "upgrading" from previous versions could be messy getting all data across..?
 - borg - how did you get data across? or did you just edit the old db (on this site)Thanks.

I wouldn't recommend using version 8 of a live site as it is not yet stable, which is why I have not yet written an upgrade application. However, if you want to test with your prevent version 7 database the way I did it was to go through the database changes in the 'Version History' file and created the new fields and tables in the oversion 7 database. If you follow the database changes in the Version History file it should be fairly simple. It only took me around 5 to 10 minutes when I did it myself just after Christmas. There will be an upgrade tool from the Release Candidate version and up.
