You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Read=1 AND Post=1 AND Reply_posts=1 AND Edit_posts=1 AND Delete

Thanks, the mySQL version does have a number of issue that I am going to have to look into
